Requot uses Google Analytics to count visits, and the Meta pixel to measure its ads. Nothing is stored without your consent.
The questions you ask on the first day, and their answers. Anything not here can be asked by email: we reply within one working day.
The PDF your supplier sent you, as it is, or a photo: JPEG, PNG or WebP. A scan works too. A quote can be up to 30 pages and 25 MB.
Only one reading is counted per quote uploaded, whatever its number of pages.
Photograph it with your phone, one photo per page, the sheet flat and well lit, with no finger or shadow over the prices. Add the photos in page order: they form a single quote.
The photos are shrunk before sending. No need to touch them up.
The document goes to “To retry”, with a “Try again” button. A reading that starts over is not charged again.
If it fails again, the document is probably unreadable: a blurry photo, a scan too dark, a page askew. Take the photo again, or ask your supplier for the PDF.
It is good most of the time; it is never guaranteed. A description can be copied wrongly, a quantity misread, a line skipped, a price shifted by one row.
Check every line, every quantity, every price and every total before sending the quote. “Add or edit lines” is there for that: correcting is part of the process. The quote you send is your document, and it binds you.
When the supplier's PDF contains real product photos, Requot carries them over onto the line. Technical drawings and configurator diagrams are not carried over.
In “Pricing rules”, you set your margin, the rounding of prices, the VAT and the deposit you ask for. Requot applies them to the purchase price of each line.
You can keep several pricing profiles, for example one per type of job, and pick the one that fits when you create the quote.
Yes. Each line carries its own rate, chosen from those of your country. The pricing profile can give services a different rate from goods, and one button sets every line to the same rate in one go.
Requot applies the rates you give it; it does not tell you which one applies to your job.
Yes, in “Add or edit lines”: a line with its description, its quantity, its price and its VAT rate. It prints on the quote like the others.
It is yours: your name, your logo, your numbering, your legal notices, your payment terms. Nothing from Requot appears on it.
You choose its layout from 20 layouts, in “Quote design” for all your quotes, or from the menu of a row in the list for a single one.
From the quote, “Send to the customer”: the email goes out in your company's name, with the PDF attached, and your customer's replies land in your inbox, not with us. The customer's email address must be in their record.
You can also download the PDF and send it your own way, then mark it as sent.
Draft: the reading is to be checked. Ready to send: the lines are complete. Sent: gone to the customer. Then Accepted, Refused or Expired, depending on what you record of their answer.
The language of your account, which you choose in “My profile”. Your company's country, for its part, sets the currency, the VAT rates and the mandatory notices.
From the quote, “Make the invoice”: it takes over the lines of the quote, allows for the deposit received and carries its own number. You send it or download it like the quote, then mark it as paid when the customer has paid.
Requot is not accounting software: it draws up your quotes and the invoices that follow from them, nothing more.
“Your customers” is your address book: name, contact, address, phone, email. You create a customer when making the quote, or in advance. Your customers' details belong to you: we process them on your behalf, and for nothing else.
The free plan includes 1 quote a month, with no time limit and no card. Beyond that, three monthly plans: €19.00 for 20 quotes, €39.00 for 50, €79.00 for 120, excluding VAT. The details are on the pricing page.
Quotes not used within the month do not carry over: take the plan of your usual pace, not that of your best month.
In “Subscription”: “Change plan” takes effect at once, pro rata for the days left; “Cancel my subscription” stops the payments, with no notice period and no fee. Your quotes, your customers and your settings stay; only the counter goes back to the free plan. No month already started is refunded.
“My payments, invoices and card” opens your payment area: subscription invoices can be downloaded there.
What you upload and what Requot produces for you remain yours. Neither we nor the provider that reads the documents use them for any other purpose. Deleting the account, from “My profile”, erases everything, at once. The privacy policy says the rest.
Write to contact@requot.io. Tell us the email address of your account and, if it concerns a quote, its number: we find it at once. We reply within one working day.
