Reading your supplier's quote

You drop it in, that's all: The PDF just as it arrived by email, or photos if the quote is on paper. Several pages are bound into one document.
The lines are read: Descriptions, references, quantities, units and purchase prices are taken from the document. No table to fill in.
You see what is happening: The first page scrolls under the scanner while it is being read. Half a minute, and you know where it stands.
What cannot be read is flagged: An unreadable price is never guessed: the line is marked, and you fill it in before going on.

Building your quote

Your margin, your rounding: As a percentage or an amount, applied to every line and rounded to your rule. Set once, applied ever after.
Your country's VAT: The standard and reduced rates of your company's country, broken down by rate, with the total that goes with it.
Deposit and balance: The rate you set, worked out on every quote and written on the document.
Twelve layouts, your identity: Your logo, your contact details, your legal wording and your numbering. The layout is fixed on each quote: a signed quote never changes its look.

Sending, tracking, invoicing

An email in your name: The quote goes out under your company's name, on your own letterhead. Your customer's replies reach you, not us.
You know where each quote stands: Draft, ready, sent, accepted, refused. And the reminder when the customer has said nothing.
The invoice in one click: The quote becomes an invoice: same lines, same totals, same customer. Its numbering is its own, and its content is frozen on the day it is issued.
What is still owed: Due date, sending, payment. An overdue invoice shows in the list without having to open it.

What follows you

Your customer book: Noted once, reused on every quote. A book kept elsewhere can be imported from a file.
Your company, set once: Name, address, company number, VAT, insurance, legal wording. You never type them again.
